Welcome to Atkinson Morley

The former Atkinson Morley Hospital on Copse Hill has recently been acquired by Berkeley Homes.

The whole site totals around 25 acres, and includes a large area of Metropolitan Open Land. The site benefits from an existing planning consent for 94 residential units.

Berkeley Homes intend to explore the option of submitting a new residential planning application for the site. This application would seek to deliver a residential scheme which is more in keeping with the local area and character than the existing planning consent.

This website will be used to keep local stakeholders up to date through an extended consultation period, and will therefore be regularly updated with latest presentation material. In addition the website will inform stakeholders of upcoming consultation events
and information about how to contact the development team.
